The Challenger Venture Group approach to the challenge of developing an effective solution to the client issues incorporates the creation of a project focused team with the optimum combination of expertise, experience and organizational resources. The Challenger team is comprised of the core Challenger team members and enriched through the contributions of the Challenger Board of Advisors, Strategic Partners and Strategic Alliances to bring together in the project team, the optimum set of experience and skills to provide a high value solution to the client challenge.

R W Spike Schultheis; “Spike” Schultheis is the Managing Director of Challenger Ventures Group, LLC. He has a broad set of marketing , sales and general management experience working in the high technology domains including wireless and mobile telecommunication ventures with a history of over 35 years in consulting with clients in venture development and business planning. He is skilled sales and marketing program development and market launch of initiatives directed to consumer markets, business to business segments, energy and telecommunications utilities and the federal state and local government sectors. His academic background includes a AB degree in Economics and Sociology from Princeton University and an MBA in Marketing  at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Gordon B. Silcox; Gordon Silcox is experienced in the areas of career planning, job search and executive development and coaching. His experience covers a wide range of industries and functional specialties and includes leadership coaching, executive recruiting, financial management, client services and business development.  Based in Washington DC, he has worked with corporate, not-for-profit and government executives and high-potential individuals. Their fields of expertise include marketing and sales, operations and IT, health care, investments and treasury, compliance, legal, research, human resources and C-level positions. Mr. Silcox earned his undergraduate degree at Princeton University and his MBA at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Roger Presas, CPA; Roger Presas provides a history of over thirty years of experience in providing independent business management and consulting services to private, public, and professional enterprises with primary emphasis on technology solutions. He has directed client projects involving Automated business systems assessments, modification, selection and implementation including accounting, human resources, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, inventory control, practice management, electronic medical records and communications systems. In addition, Mr. Presas has a special background in the domains involving health care systems and medical service accounting. Mr. Presas earned his , Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Technology, California State University, Los Angeles and has completed the requirements for a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida International University

 

Board of Advisors

Laurel Bennet: Laurel Bennet brings a wealth of experience in computing systems and systems design. Ms. Bennet is CEO of PHR Solutions,  a young emerging company focusing on the opportunities in electronic systems and the Personal Health Record. Ms. Bennett has over 20 years’ experience in the installation and support of complex on-line systems. Her prior experience has dealt with major systems design and application management responsibilities in the aerospace and health care sectors.

Long Bui: Mr. Long Bui  is a valued team resource at the Challenger Ventures Group, LLC solution team with the contribution of his experience electronic engineering  involving in the design and manufacture of solutions in at both the chip design and system engineering levels of project leadership  for a wide range of clients in the industrial, military and intelligence communities.

Carl Lichvarchik; Mr. Carl LIvarchik has an extensive experience in providing a comprehensive range of services to clients in the domain of telecommunications system network applications and system security and data integrity applications.

Phil Reinke, Mr. Reinke offers experience with applying Six Sigma disciplines to the a wide range of clients in the industrial, manufacturing, distribution and educational sectors. Mr. Rienke has in addition, had a vast experience in the area of professional career education and curriculum development.

George Stammas: Highly motivated, results-oriented leader with extensive experience in banking, small company management and corporate training in New York and Chicago. Since 2005, he has been an adjunct professor of finance, economics and entrepreneurship at Northwood University (West Palm Beach, FL).  In addition, he is Entrepreneur-in-Residence and founder of the campus Entrepreneurship Society in which he mentors students on their projects, conducts roundtable seminars featuring business leaders, and conducts business plan competitions with cash prizes.  He also teaches the history of economic thought at the Honors College at Florida Atlantic University/Jupiter campus. Mr. Stammas earned his Bachelor of Arts (History), Washington & Lee University, Lexington, VA and an MBA, Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Evanston, IL
